Phone Place is a phone number and places search app. Enter a phone number, either US or International, and result will show map with location description, time, caller ID, and phone type. Result sets differ per country with US numbers generally returning the most detailed information. Phone number location is best estimate based on a number of criteria. Most locations will not be the exact geo-location of the phone device.
Phone lookup results additionally have places search (food, hotel, etc.) near the phone number, weather, or location census report. Searches are saved automatically in the main panel beneath the input box.
By default, the Phone Place homescreen is a places search menu for your current location providing a handy functionality independent of phone number lookups.
Optional features are Identity and In App Purchase of phone number tokens. Identity controls how your phone number will appear to other Phone Place users. 20 Phone token lookups included with install. High value lookups will reduce the token count. Refills available via In App Purchase.
Phone Place is a free install and without advertisements.

I havent had the app for very long, but it gave more info than Google did about where a number was calling from. Seems to work well so far. Make sure, developers, that you keep things up to date for us Canadian users. We like apps too!
I was looking for a app to find a phone number for me and I thought in order to get a legit one Id have to pay some money... But nope the bought doesnt work and this one does perfectly!

Within the right state but, incorrect carrier, no Caller ID returned, and miles away from correct location. The weather forecast was okay but theres already an app for that.
